jerk steps use your maximum clean and jerk for 3 sets of 10 with each leg
jerk recoveries. while warming up think about what you could hold in the split position for 10 seconds. then us a weight you think you can hold for 10 seconds in the correct split position for 3 reps, each with a 10 sec hold. unlimited rest in between reps.
