military press lockouts. raise the bar about 3 inches, work up to a maximum jerk supports, with your arms already locked out, get under a heavy weight and using your legs try to raise the bar off the pins. On your initial setup, the bar will be about 2-3" lower than the height it is at the top locked out position of your jerk.
