Step ups use a box that puts your leg slightly below parallel when you step onto the box. The box should probably be 3 to 4 inches lower than the one you used last week. Work up to a max set of 5 with each leg. Then take 20% of the weight off and do an AMRAP set with each leg.
Stiff leg deadlifts/RDLs work up to a max set of 10. Really push yourself. You should be able to do AT LEAST as much as you can clean and jerk. Probably more.
Back raises. 4 sets of 10, add weight each set so that your last set should be a new PR weight. Most of you guys should be getting up to some real weight by now on these. Make this the day you break out and really make something happen. Set your bench up so that it is close to a 45 degree angle if you can.
Single arm KB swings, 4 sets of 20 use as heavy a KB as you can. Males should be using at ieast 32kg for these, and getting the KB chest high. if you you are a real monster at KB swings and can use more, then by all means use more. I have seen Tom Sroka do a 92kg KB for multiple sets of 10 on these.
