Yesterday we tried to make PR lifts on the snatch and clean and jerk. If you did not do so good on one of those two lifts, try it again today! Then try to make a PR on at least one strength exercise. 5RM squat or deadlift, snatch grip DL, push press, or any other strength lift. Just warm up and go for it.
