arch back GM work up to a 5RM
then remove 20% of the weight and do an AMRAP set
step ups on a high box. go for a 5RM with each leg
then take 30% of the weight off an do an AMRAP set
jerk recoveries. 5 recoveries heavier than your best jerk. try to beat what you did last week.
jerk steps from back squat position. 3 sets of 10 steps each leg. Use more weight than last week.
