box squats a new 3RM. use a low box and a slightly wider than normal squat stance.
step ups go for a new 5RM with each leg
jerk recoveries work up to a maximum.
jerk steps from OHS position. You will have to use a lot less weight than you can use from the back squat position. do 3 sets of 10 steps with each leg.
