Arch back good mornings work up to a heavy triple
try to get your back as close to parallel to the floor as you can, but keep it arched!
single leg good moorings with an arched back 3 sets pf 5 with the left leg forward, then 3 sets of 5 with the right leg forward. increase the weight over the 3 sets and try to end with as heavy a weight as you can lift for 5 reps.
push press 5 sets of 5 with 75% of your max push press.
sled pulls. use a weight attached to your belt, pull it forward using long strides for 5 sets of 20 yards
