step up work up to a new 5RM
seated good mornings sit straddling a bench then with a partners help unrack a bar and bend forward to try to touch your forehead to the bench. Work up to a 5RM.
jerk supports. With your arms already locked out, get under a heavy weight in the jerk position and using your legs try to raise the bar off the pins. On your initial setup, the bar will be about 2-3" lower than the height it is at the top locked out position of your jerk. Work up to a 1RM.
jerk steps with the bar in the OHS position. 3 sets of 10 steps with each leg.
