Power snatch from your strongest position to a maximum. In other words if you can power snatch more from the hip than you can from the knee or floor, go from the hip. If your best weight is from the floor, then go from the floor. Then make a new PR set of 5 from your weakest position.
Now do the same thing on power clean. Make a PR on your strongest position, then make a PR set of 5 on your weakest position
glute ham raises 6 sets of 10 go for a PR weight on the last set
Personal Favorite exercise - pick one exercise that works the back or the hip/hamstring area and do 6 sets of 10. Go heavy, go hard. Good luck and I can't wait to see what some of you pick to do.
DO NOT JUST GO THROUGH THE MOTIONS!!! REMEMBER GROW OR DIE!
