As usual we are going heavy on the snatch and clean and jerk. This week I want you to plan 3 attempts as if you were at a competition. You will do an opener, then a 2nd attempt, then a 3rd attempt. Do this on both the snatch and the clean and jerk. If you miss, treat it like a competition and take the attempt over again.
