power snatch from below the knee (as close to the floor as you can go without touching the floor) up to a max set of 5
Use straps, and the idea is to not let the bar touch the ground during the set. If you need to rest for a second or two, rest with the bar over your head. Use doubles or triples for the warmup sets, then do one top set of 70% of your best snatch for a set of 5 without the bar ever touching the floor.
power clean from the floor and split jerk up to a max set of 3. Rest as little as possible between reps. Use singles to warm up, but work up to a max triple for your top set.
